There is a slight (20%) chance of showers and thunderstorms
Thursday afternoon.  Winds will be out of the north the rest of
today then shift to the east and southeast this evening before
becoming south tonight then more southwest to west on Thursday.

MIN RH values will be 10 to 15 percent today and 20 to 25 percent
on Thursday with moderate recoveries overnight.
