.DISCUSSION...A warm front passage this morning will increase
snow chances and increase southeast winds at the fire site.
Winds will switch to the west as an upper trough moves inland
later this afternoon, and will continue to remain elevated
through the overnight hours. Winds and snow chances will
decrease late tomorrow morning as the upper trough exits to
the east. Snow accumulations will be around 4 to 6 inches
through Thursday morning.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent). Snow early in the
                    morning, then snow likely in the afternoon.
CWR.................91 percent decreasing to 32 percent.
