Winds will switch to the west as an upper trough moves inland later this afternoon, and will continue to remain elevated through the overnight hours. Winds and snow chances will decrease late tomorrow morning as the upper trough exits to the east. Snow accumulations will be around 4 to 6 inches through Thursday morning. .REST OF TODAY...
