.DISCUSSION...A northerly flow aloft will continue to bring
cold conditions to area today through Wednesday. Winds will
be light this morning, but are expected to increase with day
time heating from the south, then turning to the east later in the
afternoon. Winds will become less than 5 mph again late in the
evening.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-10 percent).
Chance of pcpn......0 percent.
Max temperature.....Around 30.
Min humidity........35-40 percent.
Surface winds (mph).Light winds becoming south 6 to 10 mph around
