.DISCUSSION...Inversion breaks between 0700-0800 with associated
thermal belt around 5000 feet. Slightly cooler (-5) and less dry
(+6) as high pressure is in control. This trend continues on
Sunday, but additional instability will increase mixing heights
and ventilation index. Similar conditions expected through the
28th with highs in the mid-70s and afternoon humidities of 20-25%.
Diurnal winds will peak through the afternoon out of the northwest
around 10-15 mph the 27th and 28th.
