conditions persisting through the majority of the burn period with
only morning fog in the forecast. Winds to remain light and
variable at the surface, with mixing heights resulting in poor
ventilation through the period. After starting off several degrees
above normal on Wednesday, temperatures return to near- normal
values on Thursday.
