remain through the forecast period. RH recovery levels remain
Good to Excellent, with Min RH remain steadily in the mid 50s
to low 60`s. Winds will mostly be diurnally driven by
upslope/downslope cycles with some periods of a stronger flow
in the afternoon hours.
