overnight recoveries of upper 50% to low 60%. The inversion will break
after 1030AM allowing for the increase in winds. Winds will vary from the
northeast to southeast through the day with sustained winds of 5-8 mph
increasing up to near 12 after 11AM and decreasing 5-8 overnight and
into Tuesday.
