.DISCUSSION...Intermittent rain showers are expected at the site
today as a weather system moves through the region. Winds will
gradually become more westerly during the period, with the bulk of
precipitation expected to end by around sunset. Another, lighter
round is expected to materialize early Friday morning, with
temperatures dropping enough to allow for snow to mix in, however
no accumulations are expected. Periods of light, intermittent rain
showers may continue through the weekend.

                    the day (80-90 percent).
CWR.................53 percent increasing to 79 percent in the late
                    morning and early afternoon, then decreasing to
