Breezy west winds this afternoon will persist into the late
evening and before wind gusts slowly weaken incrementally overnight.
Gusts could still be as strong as 25 to 30 mph by 1 to 2 am but
should be weakening to gusts under 10 mph after 3 am Thursday.
This afternoons low relative humidity around 35 percent is expected
to recover to around 65 percent overnight.
