.DISCUSSION...Warm, dry conditions are forecast to continue Thursday
and Friday for the burn site. Winds will be predominantly diurnally
and terrain-driven, strongest during the afternoon and evening hours.
Afternoon RH is expected to be low, followed by moderate overnight
recovery. Nocturnal inversions are forecast to break around 0900-1000
each morning, followed by deep mixing heights (7000-7500 ft AGL)
late morning and afternoon.
