and dry with fair-poor overnight recovery starting Thursday night
with worst recovery expected Friday-Sunday. Terrain-driven winds
early morning Thursday and Thursday night, however, east wind
regime forecast to take hold as an upper-level ridge builds late
Thursday through the weekend overhead. East winds with gusts as
high as 10-15 mph Friday and Saturday afternoon/early evening.
