.DISCUSSION...Isolated thunderstorms (15-25% chance) will develop
this afternoon across the eastern mountains with drier conditions
elsewhere. A drying and warming trend will develop Monday through
the week as high pressure builds over the region, with a return
to widespread low relative humidities by Thursday. A low (10-15%)
chance of an isolated thunderstorm or two will develop Monday
afternoon over Wallowa county. Winds will be mostly light, except
for locally breezy conditions through the Cascade gaps Wednesday.
