.DISCUSSION...Breezy to windy conditions are expected in many
areas this afternoon and evening with winds 15 to 25 mph and wind
gusts 25 to 40 mph. The combination of these winds and low RH
have prompted the issuance of Red Flag Warnings. Much of next
week will see afternoon breezes, and continued low humidities.
Sunday and Tuesday look to be the two windier days, with winds
perhaps as high as 25 to 30 mph in the windier locations, but
elevated fire weather conditions are expected through the week.
