.DISCUSSION...Building high pressure over the forecast area will
make for breezy winds through the Cascade Gaps at times during the
day, before giving way to a hot weekend. Portions of the Columbia
Basin could see high temperatures exceed 100 degrees both Sunday
and Monday, with widespread RHs in the teens and 20s. A more
active pattern then materializes next Tuesday onward, which, if
forecast models verify, could lead to the potential for dry
thunderstorms.
