.DISCUSSION...In general, dry air will persist through the next
few days with minimum relative humidities dropping down as low as
10-24% (lower values in the lower elevated areas and Central
Oregon through the Southern Blue Mountains). Chances of
thunderstorms (10-30%) increase Wednesday for Central Oregon
through the Southern Blue Mountains. Otherwise, winds will be
generally light in nature with no anticipation of red flag
conditions (in regards to wind and low RH) to be widespread.
