.DISCUSSION...Elevated fire weather conditions persist through the
next couple of days thanks to dry air present with breezy winds
developing Tuesday. Minimum RH`s will drop down to 20 to 30
percent, with locally lower values in Central Oregon. Breezy winds
develop Tuesday, especially in the Columbia Basin, Kittitas
Valley, and the Cascade gaps. Otherwise, overnight recoveries will
be mainly fair to good.
