CONDITIONS...
.DISCUSSION...Hot conditions with light winds will prevail
through the middle of the week as high pressure sits over the
region. Dry conditions today with poor to moderate overnight
recoveries, but increasing monsoonal moisture will result in
gradually increasing daytime RHs and overnight recoveries through
the middle of the week. Isolated thunderstorm chances from
Deschutes National Forest to the central Blues will increase this
morning and tomorrow, and extend to Wallowa county by Tuesday.
