.DISCUSSION...Scattered wet and isolated dry thunderstorms will
develop across Central Oregon, Eastern Mountains, and along the
Blue Mountain foothills today. Greatest threat for dry
thunderstorms will be in the southern Blues this afternoon.
Isolated storms will continue across the eastern mountains
through early Monday evening. Locally breezy winds will develop
through the Cascade gaps each afternoon into the midweek. Dry
conditions briefly return Tuesday before afternoon RHs trend
higher through the week.
