ACROSS THE LOWER COLUMBIA BASIN AND ADJOINING LOWLANDS DUE TO
BREEZY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY...
.DISCUSSION...Dry and breezy conditions this afternoon and
evening, with concerns focused on the Lower Columbia Basin and
adjacent lowlands including Central Oregon. Very low to slight
chance (5-20%) of thunderstorms across the region Saturday and
Sunday, with the highest chances for the Cascades and Blues.
Widespread precipitation expected Saturday afternoon through
Sunday, with high (70-90%) chance of wetting rain for the
mountains, and medium-high (50-90%) for the lower elevations.
