.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions with light winds will persist across
the area into the middle of the week. A passing system Wednesday
will produce mountain showers and slight chances (10-20%) of
thunderstorms in the eastern mountains and Washington Cascades.
Breezy winds will also develop Wednesday in the Cascade gaps, then
spread into the Columbia Basin and central OR through the end of
the week.
