southeast WA through this afternoon. Breezy winds will develop
through the Cascade gaps and Columbia Basin through the early
evening. Drying and warming trend will develop through the
midweek. Breezy winds developing Thursday will overlap with low
relative humidity, resulting in elevated fire weather conditions.
