.DISCUSSION...Cool and dry northerly flow will develop over the
region today, then high pressure will build over the region
the first half of the week. Surface winds will be from east to
north through Monday, shifting to the west and south Wednesday
onward. Afternoon RHs will decrease into the lower to mid 20s
Monday and Tuesday, then increase to mid 20s to 30s Wednesday
onward. Light precip chances return to the Cascades and northern
Blues Wednesday, and continue into the latter half of the week.
