.DISCUSSION...An upper level ridge will keep things a bit warmer
than previous days with RHs dropping to the low 20-30% with
good (40-60%) to moderate/excellent (60-80%) overnight
recoveries. Winds will remain light (below 10 mph) and terrain
driven. Wednesday an upper level system will bring in cooler
temperatures as well as shift the winds west. Breezy conditions
through the Cascade Gaps and along the Blues between 5-10 mph and
up to 15 after the inversion breaks in the morning.
