.DISCUSSION...High pressure will remain over the Pacific Northwest
through Wednesday. Locally breezy conditions are expected over the
Cascade Gaps today. A trough will approach the region by Thursday
and move across the area by late in the week. Very little, if any
rain is expected before the weekend.
MIN RH values will mainly be in the 20s and 30s, except for some
teens and 20s in central Oregon and the John Day Basin.
High temperatures will average about 10 degrees above normal
through the end of the week.
