sharpening cross-Cascade pressure differences today and tomorrow.
Fair-poor RH recovery tonight. Isolated-widely scattered storms
likely across central OR into eastern OR Tue then possible across
much of the area Wed. While setup looks supportive for wet storms
(confidence 50-60%), dry storms cannot be ruled out.
