.DISCUSSION...An active pattern ahead will bring widespread
rain/mountain snow (4-5K feet) over the weekend, along with
wetting rains across mountain and higher valley areas. Winds will
be breezy to windy in parts of the Southern Blues through the
Wallowas, with the strongest and most widespread winds to occur
Saturday. RH recovery`s overnight will be Moderate to Good (50-70%),
improving to Excellent by the end of the week (90%+).
