.DISCUSSION...Elevated fire weather conditions are expected today
due to breezy westerly winds associated with a low-pressure system
moving over the Pacific Northwest, but there is low confidence
(<40%) in Red Flag conditions due to seasonably low relative
humidity. Additionally, there is a very low to slight chance
(5-15%) of thunderstorms today over the northeast Blue Mountains
and Washington Cascades. Dry conditions will return Sunday,
followed by warmer temperatures Monday under high pressure.
