.DISCUSSION...Fire threat remains minimal with minor mountain wind
threats through mid-week. RH recoveries will remain Good to
Excellent, improving to Excellent by the weekend due to an
unsettling weather pattern. Stronger winds and chances of wetting
rain (50-70% chance) expected for areas of Central OR and
mountainous regions by the weekend with lower amounts in the Basin.
Some of the highest peaks will see mountain snow with lower
elevations receiving stratiform rain showers.
