the remainder of the week. Thursday, widespread low relative
humidity coupled with locally breezy winds may (50% confidence)
result in localized Red Flag conditions in central and north-
central Oregon during the afternoon and evening. Confidence is
higher (70%) in overlap of locally breezy winds and low relative
humidity in the same areas Friday. Overnight relative humidity
recoveries are expected to be poor to moderate Friday through the
weekend.
