...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
  9 and 14 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening
  commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
are likely. This will lead to whiteout conditions, making travel
extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If you must travel, have a
winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay in your
vehicle.

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 13
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher
  Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Preston,
  and Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
  The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and
  evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates up to 1.5" per hour Friday
  morning.

* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of western Pennsylvania and northern West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Much of the accumulation will be on grassy
  surfaces but roads could become snow covered Friday morning.
