...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Additional snow accumulations between
  4 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Eastern Tucker County.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
  bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
are likely. This will lead to whiteout conditions, making travel
extremely dangerous. Do not travel. If you must travel, have a
winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay in your
vehicle.

* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Additional snow accumulations up to three
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette County. In
  West Virginia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia, and Western
  Tucker Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.
