...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 2 and 4 inches with localized totals of up to 10 inches in
  persistent snow bands.

* WHERE...Mercer and Venango Counties.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A narrow band or bands of snow will pivot
  across the county resulting in highly localized snowfall totals of
  up to 10 inches possible where the banding sits for the longest
  period of time. 1 to 2 inch per hour rates are possible within
  heavy banding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can
