Snow accumulations between 6 and 13 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Snow accumulations between 10 and 18 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Tucker County. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates up to 1.5" per hour Friday morning into the afternoon hours. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons should consider delaying all travel. If travel is absolutely necessary, drive with extreme caution.
