Total snow accumulations between 6 and 9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. A passing snow squall is expected to track through the region between 2am and 5am. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. * WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
