...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and
  9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. A passing snow squall is
  expected to track through the region between 2am and 5am.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The
  hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions can be
obtained by calling 5 1 1.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.
  A snow squall is expected to track through the region late tonight
  into early tomorrow morning along a cold front.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
  western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The
  hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
