The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Monroe County in east central Ohio...
  Southeastern Noble County in east central Ohio...

* Until 1230 AM EDT.

* At 1159 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located 7 miles southeast of Caldwell, moving east at
  45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught
           without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or
           destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will
           occur. Tree damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Woodsfield, Dudley, Lewisville, Dexter City, Antioch, Stafford,
  Graysville, Harriettsville, Rinard Mills and Laings.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
building away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home,
or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
