* At 100 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm was located over Rowlesburg,
  moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated. A 74 mph wind gust was reported at
           Elkins, WV

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Kingwood, Terra Alta, Rowlesburg, Albright, Tunnelton, Aurora,
  Cathedral State Park, Elgon and Cranesville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
