* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 319 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 16 miles west of
  Parsons, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Parsons, Davis, Thomas, Hendricks, Hambleton, Hannahsville, Lead
  Mine, Benbush, Blackwater Falls, Davisville, Saint George, Elk,
  Silver Lake, Canaan Hgts, Canaan Valley State Park, Elgon, Red
  Creek, Cortland, Aurora and Cathedral State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
