Patchy dense fog can be expected across much of the region this morning where skies have cleared. Visibility may be reduced to near or below one quarter mile at times. This fog will persist through sunrise before slowly dissipating by mid-morning. Drivers should be prepared for patchy areas of significantly reduced visibilities.
