localized strips in eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and northern
West Virginia.

Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.10 to 0.50
inches with thunderstorms on Monday, though higher amounts are
possible in localized areas that see repeated rounds of
thunderstorms.
