Past 24 hour precipitation...
Areas of showers and thunderstorms dropped as little as a trace
to as much as 0.75 inches of rain mainly over west central to
northwest Pennsylvania.  Localized areas in Preston and Tucker
Counties also received 0.50 to 1.25 inches of rain.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.10 to 1.25
inches, with the higher amounts favoring northern West Virginia
into far southwest Pennsylvanina.  Localized maximum exceeding
that range is possible due to heavy rain from thunderstorms.

River trends...
Most area rivers and streams will remain steady over the next
48 hours, though rises around 1 to 2 feet are expected along
the Upper Monongahela River Basin.  Rapid rises due to heavy
rain may occur with thunderstorms over the next 48 hours that
are not captured in these forecasts.
