Past 24 hour precipitation...
Locations along the Appalachian Mountain ridges in southern
Pennsylvania and northeastern West Virginia received up to
1.50-2.00 inches of liquid precipitation. Northeastern Ohio and
majority of southwestern Pennsylvania received up to 0.50-1.50 inches
of liquid precipitation. Remainder of the region received between
0.01-0.50 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast
to range from 0.01 to 0.50 inches with higher values accumulating
near the ridges of the Appalachian Mountains.

River trends...
Levels on some of the rivers are expected to rise and peaking tomorrow
then lower on Monday. Points along the Monongahela River (Point Marion,
Grays Landing, Maxwell, and Charleroi) look to rise about 1-2 feet.
The Cheat River will rise about 2 feet near Parsons, Rowlesburg, and
Albright. The Youghiogheny River will observe a 1 to 2 foot rise.
Beaver River will see about a 1 foot rise.
