Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Away from the ridges, rainfall of 0.25 to 0.75 inch is expected
through Wednesday morning.  The higher ridges may see totals
between 0.75 and 1.5 inches.

River trends...
The Cheat and Youghiogheny Rivers may see rises of 1 to 3 feet
as a result of the heavier rainfall totals expected along the
ridges. The Monongahela River may experiences minor rise of a
foot or less.  Other rivers are forecast to remain steady or
slowly fall.
