Northwestern Pennsylvania did not observe precipitation. Southwest
Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia saw up to 0.01-0.25 inches
of liquid equivalent precipitation.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast
to range from 0.10 to 0.75 inches.

River trends...
Currently, rivers are expected to remain relatively steady. For this
weekend, we are looking at up to 1-2 inches of liquid equivalent
precipitation. The higher values are expected in north-central West
Virginia which will impact river heights on the Monongahela River.
We will continue to monitor and keep you advised.
