Past 24 hour precipitation...
As expected, much of the area saw between 0.25-0.50 inches of rain,
with some isolated spots in the Ohio and Mon basins seeing between
0.75-1.00 inches of rain.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
The remainder of Tuesday through Wednesday afternoon is expected to
be dry. Another quick system is expected to bring precipitation back
to the region Wednesday night into Thursday. The system is expected
to bring mainly rain, but there can be some light snow in the Upper
Allegheny Basin and along the ridges of Pennsylvania and West
Virginia.

Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast
to range from 0.25 to 0.50 inches.

River trends...
Rivers are expected to maintain low flow with minimal rises
anticipated.
