We are expecting a fast response to all of this rainfall across the lower Allegheny, Mon and Cheat Basins today. We are already observing this at several gauges in the Mon and Cheat Basins, which are showing some jumps on the order of several feet. However, at this time we are not expecting any stations to reach action or Minor Flood.
