Highest values are expected in northern West Virginia especially along the Appalachians. River trends... Due to higher rainfall accumulations expected in northern West Virginia, locations along the Monongahela River (Point Marion, Gray`s Landing, and Charleroi) and the Cheat River (Rowlesburg) are expected to reach action stage on the morning of February 7th. Along the Ohio River, river stage is expected to remain BELOW action stage, however, there is expected to be a peak in the rise late night on February 7th/very early morning on February 8th.
