Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 1.5 to 3 inches.
The highest amounts are expected across Ohio, with lesser amounts
across western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.
River trends...
Waves of rainfall into the weekend will result in rises on area
rivers. There is a possibility Uhrichsville and Coshocton will reach
flood stage by Sunday. The Point at Pittsburgh could also reach
18 feet Sunday. Monitor later forecasts through the weekend.
