Past 24 hour precipitation...
Through 8 AM, a stripe of 1.0 to 2.0 inches of rain was observed
extending from Belmont County OH east-southeast into Marion County WV,
and then to Tucker County WV. Other location south of I-70
received 0.5 to 1.0 inch and areas to the north of that highway mostly
observed 0.25 inch or less.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
After 8 AM, basin average rain of 0.10 to 0.50 inch of rain was forecast
south of I-70, with most of that expected this morning. Less than 0.10
inch was forecast to the north.

River trends...
The Monongahela and Cheat Rivers may see a rise of around a foot
through Sunday before falling, while most other river will remain
steady or slowly fall.
