Past 24 hour precipitation...
Much of the Upper Ohio Valley received either no rain or less than 0.50
inch, but a few pockets of southwest Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and
northern West Virginia received between 1 and 2 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.25 to 1.5 inches,
although isolated totals of 2 to 3 inches are possible in areas that
receive multiple thunderstorms.

River trends...
Rivers are forecasts to remain fairly steady overall, although localized
heavy rainfall could result in some minor rises.
