This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for western Pennsylvania and
northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Heat index values are expected to be in the mid to upper 90s on
Tuesday outside of the higher terrain areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Isolated strong storms are possible Wednesday and Thursday afternoon.
The main risks will be flash flooding and gusty winds, through
chances at any given location remain low probability at this time.

Pennsylvania, western Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

A Heat Advisory is in effect this afternoon as heat index values in
the upper 90s to over 100 are expected.
