.DISCUSSION...

Morning relative humidities are generally expected to be around
the 80% range Tuesday morning which should prohibit widespread
fog, through some could not be ruled out on the Allegheny River to
the west, which may trickle into the Sandy Creek Valley slightly.
Clear skies and dry air aloft will make for a dry day, so we
manually adjusted down dew points. The most likely range during
the afternoon will be down to the mid 40s to upper 30s, with an
absolute floor of 30%. Humidity will generally be higher in the
more sheltered valley around South Sandy Creek, but lower towards
the hilltops. Skies are expected to remain clear, with a low
probability of a widely scattered cumulus deck. Recoveries into
the 80% to 90% range are most likely Tuesday night.
