.DISCUSSION...After a few showers in the morning, a damp and wet
afternoon is expected. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to
develop by the 1 to 3pm timeframe. They are expected to quickly
move on to the east-southeast. Expect additional development by the
6pm to 7pm timeframe. Showers and storms are expected to produce
heavy rainfall with up to 1 to 2 inch per hour rates. These rates
could create some minor flooding issues. Winds are expected to
remain light.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Chance of
                    showers and slight chance of thunderstorms in
                    the morning, then showers and chance of
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.
