Multiple rounds of rain and snow are still expected today through
the end of the week, keeping plenty of moisture in place. Winds
will be gusty over the next couple days with gusts increasing to
as high as 35-45 mph today (up to 50-60 mph in the WV ridges),
then relaxing some to 20-30 mph on Thursday. Well below normal
temperatures will settle in by the weekend.
