With a drier air mass in place, afternoon minimum relative
levels should bottom out between 35 to 40 percent in eastern OH,
and 40 to 50 percent in southwest PA and northern WV. Breezes out
of the northwest may gust to between 15 and 20 MPH at times.
Monday will be a bit drier, with minimum RH between 30 and 40
percent areawide, but with a bit less wind as the center of high
pressure crosses.
